Spa Partners will provide you with the results via a secure, password protected on-line reporting website, whereby you will be able to not only read the analysis reports and statistical results which help measure, track and  improve performance, but also be able to listen to the audio recording of the call itself, to hear exactly how your spa team respond to relevant enquiries.  This will provide you with an excellent on-going coaching tool for your team to strive for constant improvement in converting enquiries into sales.
