As a Spa Consultant, Spa Partners can provide specialist sales and marketing training or 1:1 coaching for either experienced Spa Managers and Assistant Spa Managers, newly appointed Spa Managers or Salon Managers.
Courses can be tailor-made for a group of Spa Managers or customised for a specific Spa. The courses are designed to give Spas the commercial knowledge and insight into the "best practices" for selling and marketing spas to generate profit.
The courses, which are industry approved by HT Training, include creating a Marketing Strategy and Local Marketing Plan, competitor analysis, building and segmenting a database, revenue management, working with the 3rd parties and creating and selling profitable menus and packages. At the end of the course, Spa Managers will have all the tools to create and implement a 6 month Marketing Plan and to train their teams in order to maximise sales opportunities. The course will also inspire them to introduce a sales incentive scheme for their teams.

The two most popular courses are "Profitable Enquiry Handling for Spas" - for those who deal with customers and take bookings or membership enquiries over the telephone and "Creating Sales Opportunities" - for those who deal with customers face to face. The courses cover how the teams can identify and maximise sales opportunities and convert a sales opportunity into a sale, resulting in increased revenues and profit for the Spa. The courses are bespoke and can be run seperately or combined. They can be run for a full day or over 2 half days, so that all members of the team can attend.
